Here are some ideas that only cost time:
- Grab some chalk, find a busy sidewalk, and write down your web site
- Take those business reply envelopes and stuff them with your marketing materials
- Go to the library and place business cards inside books that represent your business (an artist placing cards in art books)
- Participate in online discussion forums and include your web site/blog as your signature
- Use YouTube and make videos (commercials with some free information)
- Use widgets to aid in viral marketing
- Tip me if you like these ideas! ;-))
Back in April of this year I wrote about natural gas and the Pickens'' Plan. The fundamentals are looking even better now.
Natural gas rig numbers have fallen the most in modern history over a rolling 12 month period (a fall of approximately 56%) and there appears to be no let up in the numbers falling over the last few months. In addition, it is a relatively simple task to shut a rig down but it is a much more difficult task to get it back on stream.
So once demand picks up, look for a price spike! My favorite way to play this is the exchange trade note GAZ

First, you better join this program if you have not already done so. I will have earned 280 Swag Bucks in less than 4 months.

Here are some tips to help you maximize your effort:
- Typically, you'll earn 2 Swag Bucks a day through normal searching, on average.

- Check the web site every hour you can. Random winners are posted every hour and you'll win 5 instant Swag Bucks by clicking the claim link

I got my homeowners insurance and the premiums rose 20%. My dwelling figure (replacement cost) went up despite lower copper and lumber prices. State Farm bases everything off this number as a percent. Personal property is 75% of the dwelling for example. BTW, the Insurance Information Institute said personal property should be 50% - 70% of the dwelling.
Then I looked at what wasn’t covered:
So after I called and said I have no intention of rebuilding
the exact same house in the exact same location, I was able to name my own
replacement cost for the dwelling! I went back to the value before the real
estate bubble (2005-2006).
If you are ever in this situation, you can try what I did or simply raise your deductible.
