Save Money - Fully Utilize Your Local Library
Many libraries have great activities for adults, including book discussion groups, concerts, computer classes and more. Most public libraries also have computers that offer word processing, spreadsheets, and access to the Internet for free! Your public library probably offers databases with the full text of thousands of magazine and newspaper articles, genealogical information, legal forms, and more. In some cases, these can be accessed from your home computer even when the library is closed. Many libraries also offer services where you can "ask a librarian" or get homework assistance using Instant Messaging, email, and other online tools.
