if a minute is 60 seconds than one trillion seconds is 317 centuries

Hello, sir. Unhappily, it is as if the Bush administration and Helicopter Ben are doing everything in their power to prolong and deepen this recession (or, perhaps, depression) by following the policies of Hoover and FDR. (Hopefully I am wrong.) However by not allowing the market to readjust to reality by adhering to a non-interventionist policy, it will take that much longer for reality to set in. The economic crisis will thus be deeper and longer than it otherwise would be.

While it is probably true that more men are waking up, it is still not enough. The public must understand the hazards and un-economics of monetary socialism and monetary fascism. The economy is not some big robotic machine that can be centrally managed, and this includes the money supply and artificially playing around with interest rates. Let me paraphrase one economist: We must all stop living in and believing in an illusion. We must see the destruction that credit bubbles cause. And we all must see the evils of fiat money.
